Fitness and Disability

What comes to mind when you think of disability and/or chronic illness?
I bet it's NOT group fitness instructor.
But here I am. I have a genetic condition, that affects (mostly) my feet, and to a lesser extent, my hands. I wear braces on both feet, and have next to NO feeling in either of my feet.
Yet, I teach Zumba classes 3 times a week at the moment. If you want to try my class, but are worried about not being physically able to do the moves, don't worry - I got you! I can show you how to modify the moves (because I have to modify a LOT of them for myself!).
My point? Be as active as you can. Even if that means just walking across the room.
You got this!
